Working with Steve Thorp during 2018: Kettlebell Turkish Get up and Swing: Before: 8kg/6 reps/30 reps, After: 16kg/14 reps/70reps. Full article released on K4 fitness. I put him through 2 kettlebell blocks, 1 Barbell block. I programmed his S&C training as a whole, around his enjoyment of running, surfing, and to support his windsurfing including his competion schedule.
