Progressive courses of weekly sessions; monthly rolling progressive programmes throughout the calendar year.
You will need your own kettlebell and a space to practice safely. The Kettlebell training programme ensures you develop multiple strength and fitness qualities.

If you have never been instructed with kettlebells or done very little weight training before, a 1:1 session with Nick in advance of your first group session is recommended. Even if experienced you will find this 1:1 highly beneficial.
