We’re embracing the DOMS! – these felt harsh after the first couple of sessions of Nick’s Kettlebell fitness classes, but now are just that perfect one to two day kind and we know it’s adaptation of the body in action! They are tough but I always look forward to these sessions, and we’re all moving better and lifting more already.
I could feel the strength and fitness gains so noticeably after just 6 weeks of Nick’s Kettlebell fitnesss sessions, having just returned from some annual mountain hiking in France. My partner and I saw me motoring up the climbs like never before! I’m looking forward the next block!

I have to say that Nick’s kettlebell class is the hardest class I do.
It’s a really good class! I could manage it all straight away, the flow of different exercises meant that it pushed me in just the right way and I was able to keep going with the next ones, it’s a great workout! Can’t wait for my next session!
I have been going to Nick’s classes for almost a year now. I started with his Kettlebell small group training sessions and now also go to his circuit training classes. He is a fantastic teacher and focuses on technique and is always very encouraging you to reach your top performance. I am so much stronger and fitter than when I started and it’s so satisfying to notice the improvement! He does a few different classes throughout the week which is perfect for me as I do shift work so I can always manage to fit a class or two into my schedule. Highly recommended!
Can’t recommend enough, in a few sessions I went from being an ok runner to getting on the podium at a trail run in the lakes. Nice way to mix up your training as a runner and help avoid injuries with Nick focussing on your form to make sure you improve every time. Kettlebells in particular are a great session.
Nick’s classes have drastically improved my fitness over the last few months, taking me off the sofa and into a gym and even on to running Tough Mudders.
I first attended Nick’s Kettlebell class in January as someone who very rarely exercised. I had a tough time but Nick was encouraging and enthusiastic and I got hooked. I felt more and more comfortable with the workouts as the time went on and had enough confidence to start working with Nick on barbell training. These one on one sessions helped me get to grips with the basic movements and I saw progress week in week out. I now regularly go to the gym, I have a plan and know how to achieve my goals thanks to Nick’s courses.
I built up strength; I’ve built up muscle mass that I didn’t realise I could have, since when I was younger and on sports teams and its really nice to feel that again, I’ve noticed the change.
Nick is a highly skilled, engaging and inspiring trainer – did a great initial individual assessment for me and I really enjoy his kettle bell classes
Having not trained in a while, I was apprehensive about starting a new class. Nick was very welcoming and took on board what I wanted to achieve from the sessions. I took a 1 to 1 session where he really focused on my technique, meaning I could get the most out of future group sessions.

Nick is an excellent trainer. Kettlebells is a brilliant all-round work out and it’s fun! It’s worth trying even if you’ve always avoided weights in the past. Nick takes the time to ensure everyone in the class has mastered the technique of the exercises, to make sure we all benefit.
I’ve been going to Nick’s Kettlebell fitness and Circuits classes for about a year now and I can honestly say I am now in the best physical condition I have ever been. I have seen amazing progression in my abilities, I started using a 4kg and now I am comfortably using up to 10kg. The smaller class sizes mean everyone gets individual support. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first class or you’re a regular, everyone gets the best out of their workout with Nick’s guidance! I can’t recommend the classes enough….but dont’ just take my word for it, come join in the fun!
Joined the class about a year ago to see what it was like… It’s a great class! I try to go as often as if I can, as it’s a really good full body workout. Nick is a very motivating and cheerful guy! I recommend!
